Which languages does ZAPSIO transcribe?
We are built for Czech and Slovak, so we handle everyday speech, slang and technical terms. ZAPSIO also understands other world languages: English, German and dozens more.
How accurate is the transcript?
With a clean recording, accuracy is around 98%. Good audio and a custom vocabulary, where you add your colleagues’ names, product names and the technical terms of your field, improve quality significantly.
How long does it take for the transcript to be ready?
The transcript is usually ready within a few minutes after the meeting ends. Longer recordings may take a little more time, but it is still far faster than transcribing the recording by hand.
Can I edit the transcript manually?
Yes. You can open and correct the entire transcript at any time, for example to add a speaker’s name or fix a word the AI interpreted differently. Your changes carry over straight into the summary and tasks.
What recordings can ZAPSIO transcribe?
Upload an existing recording (MP3, WAV, M4A and other common formats), or let ZAPSIO record live, through your microphone or directly from your computer’s call audio (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet or any other platform).
Where are my recordings and transcripts stored?
All data stays on European servers, encrypted and fully GDPR compliant. You can download or delete it anytime.
What if the AI misunderstands me?
ZAPSIO is trained on Czech and understands technical terminology. If an inaccuracy still slips in, you can fix it right in the app in a second. You can also improve accuracy with a custom vocabulary of your colleagues’ names and your company’s terms.
What if my meeting is in a noisy place (a café, a busy street)?
ZAPSIO copes with ordinary background noise. The cleaner the audio, the higher the accuracy, so in a noisy place it helps to keep the microphone closer to the speaker. Even so, you get a usable transcript that you can fine-tune.
What if several languages are spoken in the meeting?
No problem. ZAPSIO handles a mix of Czech and Slovak within a single call, which Czech-Slovak teams appreciate. It can also cope with a switch to another language.
How do I know where something was said in the transcript?
Every sentence has a timestamp, and clicking it takes you to exactly that spot in the recording. You can also fine-tune the whole transcript manually, for example by adding names.
