Terms of Use of the ZAPSIO Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the provider of the ZAPSIO service (the “Provider”, “we” or “us”) and any user who registers for the Service or otherwise uses it (the “User”).
By using the ZAPSIO service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorised to use the Service.
ZAPSIO is a cloud application that enables:
The Service is provided “as is”. The accuracy of transcription and analysis depends on the quality of the recording and on the capabilities of third-party AI models (OpenAI).
Registration is required to use the Service. When registering, you must provide true and up-to-date information. You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Each User may hold only one active account, unless expressly permitted by the purchased plan.
The Service is available under several plans:

Credit = 1 minute of processed meeting (30 hours = 1,800 credits). Credits renew at the start of each new billing period. Unused credits do not carry over to the next period and are not refunded.
The current price list is always available on the Pricing page. The Provider reserves the right to change prices by giving at least 30 days’ prior notice.
Every new account can use a free 5-day trial of the chosen plan once. At registration the User enters a payment card; nothing is charged during the trial and 5 meeting hours are available. Unless the User cancels during the trial, the paid subscription to the chosen plan starts automatically when the trial ends and the first payment is charged. The subscription can be cancelled at any time with one click in the account settings. The trial is provided only once per account, cannot be exchanged for money, and the Provider reserves the right to withdraw it in case of abuse (e.g. repeatedly creating accounts).
Payments are processed through the Stripe, Inc. payment gateway. We accept payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods available through Stripe.
Invoicing takes place in advance (subscription) at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual). You will receive the invoice by e-mail and can download it at any time in the application under Settings → Invoices.
All prices are final amounts. On the Czech version of the website they are in Czech crowns (CZK), on the Slovak version in euros (EUR) and on the English version in US dollars (USD). The currency in which the User ordered the subscription applies; the currency of an existing subscription cannot be changed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings or by contacting customer support. After cancellation, access to the Service remains active until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds are governed by the following rules:
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason; however, consumers acknowledge that by starting to use the Service (by transcribing the first meeting) they consent to performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and the statutory right of withdrawal thereby lapses pursuant to Section 1837(l) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code. Business customers have no right to withdraw without giving a reason. Over and above our statutory obligations, we nevertheless voluntarily provide all customers with the 14-day satisfaction guarantee described above, so you can claim a refund within 14 days of your first payment even where the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies to you.
The recordings, transcripts and analyses generated from meetings are your property. The Provider has no rights to them, except for the technical processing necessary to provide the Service.
The application content, design, logos and the ZAPSIO software are protected by copyright and are the property of the Provider. You may not copy, distribute or use them without express consent.
The User must not:
Breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of the account without entitlement to a refund.
The Provider is not liable for:
The Provider’s maximum liability to the User is limited to the amount of the last monthly subscription fee paid.
We strive to ensure that the Service is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled downtime will be announced in advance (where possible) by e-mail or on the website.
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes by e-mail at least 14 days in advance. If you continue to use the Service after the changes take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Czech Republic having subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction.
Consumers also have the right to use out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz).
